Description
The pollution is the introduction of contaminants into the natural environment that cause adverse change. Pollution of all kinds can have negative effects on the environment and wildlife and often impacts human health and well being.
Pollution is a global problem. Although urban areas are usually more polluted than the countryside, pollution can spread to remote places where no people live.
It can take the form of chemical substances or energy, such as noise, heat or light. Pollution is often classed as point source or nonpoint source pollution.
The major kinds of pollution, usually clasified by environment, are air pollution, water pollution and land pollution.
